The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is an EU law (Regulation 2016/679) that gives individuals in the European Economic Area (EEA) strong rights over their personal data. This page explains what data H5Bros processes, why, and the rights you hold as a data subject.
H5Bros operates h5bros.com. For the purposes of the GDPR, H5Bros is the data controller for any personal data collected through direct operation of this website.
H5Bros does not require you to create an account, log in, or submit personal information to use the site. The data we handle is minimal:

Some third-party services (notably Google) transfer data outside the EEA to the United States. Google relies on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission as a lawful transfer mechanism. H5Bros itself does not independently transfer personal data outside the EEA.
If you believe your data protection rights have been infringed, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority. A list of EU supervisory authorities is available at edpb.europa.eu. UK residents may contact the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

We aim to respond to all data subject requests within 30 days. For complex requests, we may extend this by a further two months and will notify you accordingly.
