DMCA Policy

Last updated: February 2026

H5Bros respects the intellectual property rights of game developers, publishers, and content creators. If you believe that content accessible through our platform infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice as described below.

1. How H5Bros Hosts Content

H5Bros is a game discovery platform. Games are embedded from third-party providers (such as PlayGama) via iframes. We do not host game files directly on our servers. However, we take all infringement claims seriously and will act promptly to remove or disable access to infringing content.

2. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

To file a valid DMCA notice, please send a written communication to our designated agent that includes the following information:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work — Describe the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed, or provide a URL to the original.
  2. Identification of the infringing material — Provide the URL(s) on H5Bros where the allegedly infringing content is located.
  3. Your contact information — Full legal name, mailing address, phone number, and email address.
  4. Good faith statement — A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. Accuracy statement — A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
  6. Signature — A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.

3. Where to Send Notices

Send your DMCA takedown notice to our designated agent:

DMCA Agent: H5Bros Legal Team

4. Our Response Process

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:

5. Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification to legal@h5bros.com that includes:

  1. Identification of the material that was removed and its former location.
  2. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
  3. Your name, address, phone number, and a statement consenting to jurisdiction of your local federal court.
  4. Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we may restore the content within 10–14 business days unless the original complainant seeks a court order.

6. Repeat Infringers

H5Bros maintains a policy of terminating access to content from repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.

7. Good Faith

Please be aware that filing a false DMCA notice may result in liability for damages, including costs and attorney fees. If you are unsure whether content infringes your copyright, consider seeking legal advice before submitting a notice.
