1. Respect for intellectual property

H5 Bros respects the intellectual property rights of game developers, content creators, and all third parties. We are committed to responding promptly to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable intellectual property laws.

2. How our platform works

H5 Bros is a curated portal that builds and hosts HTML5 games sourced from open libraries (such as Google AI Studio's HTML5 games library) and from contributing developers. We compile games from publicly available source code, package them with our standardised build pipeline, and serve them from our own infrastructure.

If you believe any game, image, description, or other content on our site infringes your copyright, we will take immediate action upon receiving a valid notice.

3. Filing a DMCA takedown notice

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied or used in a way that constitutes copyright infringement on H5 Bros, please provide the following information in writing:

• Identification of the copyrighted work — Describe the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed, or provide a link to your original work.
• Identification of the infringing material — Provide the specific URL(s) on H5 Bros where the allegedly infringing content is located.
• Your contact information — Include your full name, email address, phone number, and mailing address.
• Good-faith statement — A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• Accuracy statement — A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on behalf of the owner.
• Signature — Your physical or electronic signature.

5. Our response process

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:

• Acknowledge receipt of your notice within 24 hours
• Review the claim and verify the information provided
• Remove or disable access to the infringing content promptly (typically within 48 hours)
• Notify the original game contributor / source where applicable
• Keep records of all DMCA notices received and actions taken

6. Counter-notification

If you believe content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification containing:

• Identification of the removed material and its previous location on the site
• A statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
• Your name, address, phone number, and consent to jurisdiction in the appropriate court
• Your physical or electronic signature

7. Repeat infringers

In appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, H5 Bros may remove and refuse to host content from users or partners who are deemed to be repeat infringers, and may terminate access privileges accordingly.

8. Misrepresentations

Any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing, or that material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, may be liable for damages (including costs and attorneys' fees) under Section 512(f) of the DMCA. Please file notices only in good faith.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this DMCA policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect the most recent change. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
